propellant mixtures for aerosol containers, as a solvent for plastics, as a degreasing agent, as an extracting agent, and as a blowing agent in polyurethane foams. Its solvent property is sometimes increased by mixing with methanol, petroleum naphtha, or tetrachloroethylene.
